Rock Solid Athletics

• Coaches -  The rock solid staff consist of coaches with  MLB, professional, collegiate, and high school/middle school coaching experience.
• Talent -  All Rock Solid team talent will be evaluated and placed in positions to maximize a player’s ability and the needs of the team.  A child’s team placement will be determined by unbiased coaches with no relation to players and will be based on skill and talent.
• Instruction - The players will receive the highest grade of instruction, fundamental skill improvement, and baseball IQ available. Our goal is to instruct the athlete in a way that allows them to develop and work towards personal success.
• Facilities- All Rock Solid teams will train heavily during the season, while also participating in speed and agility classes and off season workouts during the winter.  The indoor and outdoor training facility has batting cages, a Pro-Batter machine, pitching mounds, and open floor space for additional training. 
• Tournaments - All Rock Solid teams will play at premium travel tournament sites that have been accessed by Rock Solid staff. Atmosphere, safety, comfort and competition have all been reviewed when choosing these locations.
• Work Ethic - Each team will have like talent and each player will always have an opportunity to advance to a team at a higher level. This model has proven to be successful in MLB, and creates inherent competition among the players.  Rock Solids goal is to encourage the player to ALWAYS push for excellence as they strive to develop themselves and advance to the next level.
• Financial - The cost to be part of Rock Solid baseball and receive all of the above benefits will be surprisingly inexpensive when you compare services and all the training included in each players package.
